I got hot honey as a Christmas stocking filler, does anybody have any ideas what to use it for?

My usual use for honey is granola, oats, smoothie etc- not sure they would be delicious spicy, so I don’t have tons of ideas.

My first plan for it is making hot honey fried chicken.

Glaze ham, drizzle over pepperoni pizza yum!!. I make my own hot honey and drizzle it over just about everything. Pies, sausage rolls, Chinese fried rice, have even had it on peanut butter sandwich. Go nuts and see what works and what doesnt 😀

Fried chicken sounds good! I have had really good hot honey pepperoni pizza and I would think it would go well with other similar meats like salamis or other cured sausages. Probably great in a marinade or finishing sauce too, and I’d bet it’s just good in a salad dressing or vinaigrette! Maybe on a croque madam sandwich, if you’re feeling exceptionally freaky.

Pour off 12oz off a gallon of mango juice you can get from Costco, add hot honey and add wine yeast. Wait a couple of weeks.
